Great repair shop. The service was amazing. My bumper got torn off by a pickup truck at the Costco gas station. Cascade Collision shop was recommended by the Subaru dealership. I was not disappointed. The staff answered all my questions and helped me through the whole repair process. I highly recommend Cascade Collision for your vehicle.

I made 1 phone call when my car was hit by a truck at Costco. The service department called the tow shop, they picked up my car. The service department called the insurance agent and did all the follow through paperwork to start the repair.

There was a paint chip on the front that still needs to be fixed that wasn’t there before. There were parts missing as well as not being completely ready for pickup with parts that weren’t fully installed

Communication was good, job was done. It took an extra day not a biggie… Wednesday night called that it was completed. Picked it up Thursday morning, seemed to be an issue. Paper work not done, was just planning to pick up keys and go. That’s really my only complaint. Truck was definitely not ready. I would come back though. Damien was great.
