Our vehicle is not fixed yet. They did some of the repair, but the tail lights are still damaged. We are still waiting for parts to arrive.

I’m absolutely blown away with the customer service and the quality of the repair done on my truck. I dropped it off dirty and obviously damaged, when I went to pick it up the team was friendly and helpful and my truck was CLEAN and REPAIRED. I didn’t expect them to wash it but was pleasantly surprised that they took the extra time and care to put me on the road in a clean and repaired vehicle. I would recommend cascade to anyone that finds themselves in any sort of wreck or fender bender.
