I am so happy with the service and repair that we received here. Damion kept us in the loop almost daily as to the status of the car. Our insurance was difficult with us but Cascade dealt with them and everything was taken care of. I highly recommend this company. The car, looks very good with a hard to match pearl white paint.

The communication could have been better. The automated text system said that my vehicle was going to be ready on a Tuesday, but then it wasn't ready until the following Monday. I'm fine if it takes longer, I want the repair to be done right and I trust Cascade to do it right, I just would have liked to have been better informed about the progress. If the the text system is off, then let me know. If it's going to take longer than expected, fine, I just would like to know that.

The actual work was excellent. Staff were friendly. However, what we were led to believe at first would be a 2 week experience took 5 weeks. This was a hardship for our household.
