Dishonest on things being done and parts told it will be at shop but was told what I needed to here to buy more time of waiting just to keep the professional way of business which I rather here the honest truth than just getting rid of my frustration and act like I will be taking care of and im there first priority i rather them keeping there word then excuses especially using there title of manager like its helping the issue being resolved.

I found use parts in my truck that did not belong to my truck I felt like everything was not be taking care of and obviously trashed and left there for no reason
