These ppl are the absolute best to work with! They will do anything they can and beyond to be off assistance and accommodating. My mind was blown how much they do! I was very happy with the actual repair work. Casper's did it in a timely manner. However, I was not satisfied with how dirty my vehicle was when I picked it up. It was very dirty, inside and had a lot of dust in the engine compartment.

Tail light edge is not flush with top and bottom of trim and protrudes with only a small gap of clearance for hatch to open and close. Fasteners missing or loose on mudguards In wheel well both sides. One Mud gard has clip torn loose where it attaches to bumper cover. Bumper cover on passenger side moves several inches. I do not think the performed all the work given in estimate and work they did is not good.

When returned they would not admit inability and want to charge more money to fix mud guards that ere not properly fastened
