This was the first time I have ever needed car repairs from an accident. The staff was fast and efficient they even sent me text updates so I would know the progress being made. They then called me when the repairs were complete. I was in and out in under 5 minutes and you can't tell I was ever in an accident. Over all I had the best possible service and experience. I just felt like they didn't have it all together. We got a run around from one of the men about them keeping the car to fix it because they said it was driveable and then the owner rendered it undriveable not to mention the man was very rude and acted like we were stupid. Then when we got the car back and there was several things that we had issues with but they just acted like they could care less I felt like since they already had the insurance check they wasn't worried about us being happy.
