The paint is quite "orange peel-ish", the gas cap tether was not attached to the truck and the gas door return spring is not operational.

I will be calling tomorrow. There are numerous chips on my hood that were not there and also the same chips on my new grill just installed. I am not happy at all. I have also taken pictures, a video and had Kyle come look and take pictures as well.

I have chips all over my hood that was not there when we brought our car to you. The new grille has the same marks on them as well. I have rocks in my window well, my windshield wipers etc.. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH MY CAR, AS WELL AS YOUR EMPLOYEE THAT WE DEALT WITH. HIS NAME IS KYLE.

We dealt with Kyle, I showed him the chips on my hood as well as my new grille. He acted like my car was old, and that I had all of them when I got there. It looks to me that when my car was sitting in the back lot after if was finished, stones were threw on my car and chipped my new grille, as well as my hood. I will and have contacted State farm.

I had to return as the window was leaking. Staff was great, fixed it in no time. But it was pretty inconvenient as I had to drive 50 miles to get it fixed. Otherwise the repair looks amazing.

The repair seems to be great; I was disappointed with the splashes of gray stuff on the vehicle at pickup especially as it was on the vehicle where the repairs were made
