Our experience was terrible. Our 8 day project turned into 3 weeks. We understand that parts sometimes don’t come in as scheduled but that should be clearly communicated. We received messages giving us 5 different pick up dates. If all the parts weren’t there, we should have been told that. We also asked for an additional job to be completed while the truck was there. We called twice to follow up on that, being told someone would get back to us. We then went on vacation and assumed it was taken care of. It was not! We were told “we dropped the ball” when we picked up the truck. It literally sat there 3 weeks waiting on parts. There was lots of time for the project. Our insurance agent even called about the claim because it kept changing. She called me to report how rude the secretary was, which we had also experienced. The whole process was very unpleasant.
