I always recommend Cataldo's to others because they'll correct any mistakes they make. I think it's just as important to not have to correct the mistakes in the first place too

For the most part it was good, the normal people I dealt with always treat me well and make sure all of my questions are answered and areas of concern are looked at, I dealt with a new person this time and didn't feel that my concerns were looked at seriously or seemed to care as much as others

Should have notified me that cracked windshield would render the car undrivable. Enterprise would not secure a car (state farm policy) until the body shop declared mine undrivable. That did not happen until the end of my visit for estimate. By then, enterprise didn't have any cars available. Quite a hassle.
