I think the problem is that the text message updates don’t match what is actually happening. (Ex. I picked up my car on Wednesday and just received a message this morning asking if I picked up my car yesterday (which was Friday). Also, I received a phone call and text message asking me ‘to schedule my vehicle to be dropped off for repair’ a week AFTER I had already dropped off my vehicle and started the allowed time frame for my rental… which isn’t really a problem until the 30 day rental was about to expire. In-person customer service and repair was satisfactory.
