Dropped my car off on March 2nd and when I picked my car up on March 16 there was never an alignment done. When I called, they said oh, insurance normally does not cover alignment. However, I needed this due to the accident. I would have thought they would’ve called the insurance company to check. Come to find out while doing the alignment (that my insurance would cover). I also needed a lower control arm so they would have my car an extra day. Pick my car back up on March 18 and there was still an issue. Sounded like something was grinding or hitting something. They told me they took it for a test to drive and everything sounded fine, but it was not. Dropped my car back off on March 19 and come to find out it needs a wheel bearing. Should this have all been check and fixed before ever picking up my car on March 16th. I went into a ditch on an ice road and hit a tree.

The repair looks great. I picked the car up in the rain so couldn't get a good look at it at that time. Since then, I noticed that there is a white scuff mark, just below where the mirror was replaced. Not sure if it was a result of the repair and whether or not I can buff it out myself.
