trunk alignment needs some work. There is paint overspray on the passenger rear door, rear spoiler is loose, D/S lower cladding rattles when the doors are closed

We always go to Cawood. Paul Hoffman is the best mechanic ever, and the people in the body shop (I should know their names, but I don’t.) are top notch. The Barrett family runs a great business and always takes good care of us when we buy. We are not wealthy people, so we buy certified used and we keep our cars for years and years, but that makes no difference in how well we are treated there. I am grateful to have such a good dealership right in town.

You guys were wonderful! From the first person to direct my call to the body shop all the way to Rob and Kim! Not to mention any other talented people who repaired the damage from hitting 2 deer! You were delayed a day due to a faulty part for my car and graciously paid for extra day for my rental car! I think you even bumped out a dent that was not related to hitting "vicious animals"! And then you even detailed it for me!!! Wow! Thank you all so very much! I have given you a rave review on Google and I will tell everyone to bring their cars to you!
