Only because of the rental process and taking a vehicle too early.

The only dissatisfaction was I was told to bring my vehicle and park it at the shop and the parts had not been ordered yet. My vehicle was drivable and I didn’t have rental coverage at the time on my insurance, so it cost me $1200 to rent a car for 30 days. That was money I shouldn’t have had to spend.

The people I spoke to were very nice each time I called. Once I called and spoke to someone who said they would call me back and never did. I thought that was very unprofessional, but I realize things happen.

Job well done!!!!!!!!!! Would have been an even better experience as a paying customer to keep the customer updated on the progress of their vehicle while it’s at your shop no matter how short ,or how long of a time, updates are important and professional. Thank you to the entire team at CB’s Customs for the marvelous job and work done on my husband’s GMC Truck, the both of us are highly impressed all the way down to washing it, cleaning it up, wiping down the dashboard, the interior, and vacuuming it out straighten up the floor mats! Yes! We noticed!!!! Thank You all for putting that smile back on my husband’s face, for taking such good care of him and his truck!
