They worked up my insurance stuff fast, it took awhile to get in to see them, but after the work was complete it was definitely worth it. Plus, they were always very friendly and nice.

It was a great experience! Car looks amazing and they even vacuumed the inside some when cleaning it! Very grateful for the speedy work and how nice they were when I needed to change my appointment because I forgot I had it and my job had changed me from days to nights! The only thing Iād fix is the text messaging system. I got all the car notification updates late lol it told me my car was done the day after I had already picked it up. Otherwise, I think everything was about perfect :)

HIGHLY SATISFIED. My 6 month old (literally, bought it w/ 0 miles, a custom order) Kia seltos got tboned causing $10k in damage. I expected months without a vehicle and was very scared to have an accident attached to it now. I got it back looking better than it did before I got hit. In 5 weeks! They were so kind to me and answered all of my questions and concerns thoroughly and did not leave me unanswered. Scott & Kelly have the best customer service. :)
