Great crew over at Center Square trooper. Just got the car back, but it looks good as new. Mike at the front desk always answers the phone. He’s very helpful easy to work with. Ryan was also easy to work with great at communicating the progress. My initial contact was with Scott who I’ve worked with before. He’s always very helpful and informative. They have earned my trust and my loyalty for future repairs.

Was told it would take 4 days, took a week and a half. Dropped my car off with the air conditioner running perfectly fine. Picked it up and the ac did not work at all. Called the shop back and was able to come back for them to take a look at it. They then said they needed me to leave it there for a few hours. Took it back and they said that there was a dent in the radiator (which was not there prior) and that was why the AC was not working. They refused to perform a leak test. Took my vehicle to Ford for a leak test and found out that the shop had evacuated the Freon when repairing the damages from the accident. The shop refused to take responsibility and I had to pay out of pocket for the expense of recharging the system and the leak test. Thankfully my insurance company refunded me for this expense. Have been to this shop multiple times in the past and it has always been my go to but after this I will never be back.
