Horrible communication between the shop and myself. I had to call after a week to see what was going on, gentleman I spoke to said they just got it in the bay and would have an estimate for me that afternoon. I had to call two days later to find out what was going on. Was told I would receive texts about how the repair was going. Never did until the day we picked the car up. I called on a Monday and said we had to have the car by Friday as our rental would be up the following Tuesday. Woman on the phone said they were just waiting for parts but it should be done by Friday. She said she put it in the notes and that someone would call if it wasn't ready by then. Again no call except on Monday when they said the car was done. Everyone was very nice but th lack of communication was disappointing
