1. Communication about what was wrong with my car was very slim. I actually had to call my insurance company several times and have THEM call Centerline to get updates. 2. The links they would set periodically to tell me when my vehicle would be done were rarely updated. 3. I understand that the part my car needed was backordered, but there was no effort made to help me at all. My car was in the shop for 17 weeks and 3 days! Can you go without a car that long? 4. If MY DAD hadn't spent hours researching to find the part, obtain it, pay for it, and deliver it to Centerline, I'd probably still be waiting for my car. 5. When I was leaving the shop, my turn signal was still broken. After 17 weeks, you'd think they would have checked that?!?!

Please see the previous comments. On the day I was to pick up my car, I arrived at 7:59am. I waited at the door, having been told that they opened at 8am. They FINALLY opened the door at 8:05am, once they had finished their smoke break in the garage. There is no excuse for that. None whatsoever.
