Everything was very easy to have my car fixed. Rachel is very nice and responsive. I would highly recommend your shop to others. The only recommendation I can make is that you ask a new client what their preferred method of communication is (call, email, text). I don’t check my email daily so I would have preferred a call.

Received car back but some items not completed yet (loose screws, paint overrun, defects in paint, door needs to be realigned and rock texture on lower door never door never applied). Car was dropped off without a scratch on the trunk lid. Received the car back with a scratch that was never there. Was told to bring back a at later date to complete 8/5/26. Will let you know the quality of work done afterwards. Was told it goes through quaility and control after complete. Not quite sure how this passed quality and control when receiving my car back.

Overall good. But shop manager didn't seem happy when I told him I inform my insurance the work wasn't fully complete and I would need another rental from the insurance. I told the insurance not to close my claim until the car is finished.

Someone hit the side of my car while it was parked in front of my house during the snowstorm. It was a terrifying experience based on the fact that I had never gone through this before. Following what I knew to be the best instructions, I was referred your repair shop - as first rate and most preferred. From the beginning of the experience with Paul Brothers, I understood that I was in the best hands. From the reception at the front door to the end when I got my car back fully repaired the service was respectful and the eggs result was amazing. Very grateful.
