Repair took much longer than we were orginally told. Quality excellent.

The final result was fine, but I think it took much longer than necessary. A comprehensive assessment in the first few days would have made supplement requests unnecessary and saved time and money. Waiting for over 6 weeks for our only vehicle put extra strain on our mobility and our dependence on family and friends.

The majority of the repairs appear well done. However, the unreliability of updates on timing, the unexpected additional charges which were not reviewed prior to final bill, and failure to replace the final grill part to date (despite billing for it) prevent complete satisfaction.
