My car was projected to be finished repairs by a Wednesday. I had to call on the Wednesday to ask for an update and was told it was not going to be ready until Thursday. I then had to call again to ask for an update and was told that it would be ready later that day. Earlier in my experience, someone was very attentive and gave me projections for when my repairs would be completed. Follow-through to ensure that I knew when to pick up my car would be appreciated.

I am VERY adamant about my statements and if I could do a commercial, I would do it in a heartbeat. There is NO other collision specialist out there that can out do Paul Bros. Auto body.

Don went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and at ease under the circumstances. He was very attentive and he made sure all concerns and questions were addressed. He even attempted to make the impossible possible and it worked!!!

The repairs was perfect however the because one headlight had to be replaced and the other didn't my head lamps look totally different causing some dissatisfaction. Hap this been explained to me before the repairs was complete I would have been expecting the difference in the headlights!
