We are a BMW Certified Collision Repair Center (CCRC) with Aluminum Structural Certification and hold factory certifications from Jaguar, Land Rover, Porsche, Audi, and Volvo. We're also certified in repairs for VW, Honda/Acura, Nissan/Infiniti, Hyundai/Kia, and FCA brands including Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM. Full in-house calibration services ensure every repair meets strict manufacturer standards, and all work comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Was told when dropped jaguar off tat would be completed that Friday 3 weeks later it was completed bad estimate of time required. Return phone calls about insurance and appraisals did not exist due to Mr Austin Bier. He is a smart guy he does not communicate with customer at all he is never available. If he ever was available he obviously was not using time wisely enough to make time to call customers back at a bare minimum once a week. He did not return messages or phone calls made directly to him. I had rather be told the truth I don't like being lied to. The car was fixed well however I blame all of this on century management who should have stepped in and helped with communication with customer. Thought prices were very reasonable and the actual work done to the car seems good thus far.
