This is the first time I’ve ever had to use an autobody shop. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy Certified made the whole process. Their staff is very friendly and I believe their prices are fair. I would highly recommend them to anybody needing auto body help. A+++

Unprofessional. Did not get approval for start of work. Office staff was discussing the actions of other employees in a poorly manner in front of me while I was in there. This shop has gone downhill ever since it was bought out by Certified Collision. We have brought many of our personal and company vehicles here for repairs over the years and this was our last time. Appalled by their behavior, their ability to right the wrongdoings they did on our behalf.
