Ever since I got my car back it’s been giving me problems with the ignition. The key gets locked in the ignition and I am unable to turn off my car. I contacted my insurance and they told me to take it back to the body shop and they said they’re not going to do anything until the insurance tells them to.

I had to go out of my way and call regarding my car and information in when it would be ready. When I received my car I began to have problems and contacted them to take a look at it because my insurance informed me to take it back to them. When I called them the lady at the front desk would always say she would return my call to let me know when I could take my car in and never called me back even though I would call back every day since I got my car. Then finally I called in a week after I got my car back to let them know about my car again and a man named Steve answered and said there was nothing he could do because it was the ignition and I informed him that it was a problem that had never happened before and started as soon as I picked up my car Friday 4/26. I have not received any information since and my car is getting worse by the day.
