I was updated every step of the way with text messages. Very surprised that my car was finished earlier than expected. Kylie was very professional and I appreciated all the help from her. She even called Enterprise for me to have them send a driver over to pick me up so I could get my rental car.

Im not satisfied with what was done Didn't see final product till it was done won't recommend you guys there's details that we should done over but guys gave me a finished product witch wasn't completely satisfying.

Only complaint was the repair needed extra parts that were not readily available. I believe when this was discovered the bumper should have been reassembled then returned to me until the balance of the parts were in house. I was without a vehicle that was in operating condition for over a week and had to pay for a rental out of pocket. Now I will have to bring the car back in to finish the rest of the repair and likely be without a vehicle for another week. Other than that the work that was done was done well and I am satisfied with it. Also grateful for washing the vehicle.

Made several calls and left messages. No return calls were ever made. Questions I had at the time luckily were sorted out when I came to collect the vehicle. I was also told initially the new bumper did not have to be repainted. Then about a week later I was told the bumper had just been finished being painted.
