I recently had my car repaired at Certi Collision of Riverside, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the service I received, especially from Steve. He was incredibly patient throughout the entire process and treated my situation with the same care and attention as if it were his own car being worked on. During a really stressful time, he went above and beyond to make sure I had the least amount of worries. He always took the time to answer all my questions, explain what was happening, and reassure me every step of the way. His communication, professionalism, and genuine concern truly stood out. Received best customer service till date. Steve was super helpful, during the whole process he was very efficient and communicated accurately on the progress. On the date of delivery, although I was a few minutes late and store closure had already been passed, Steve stayed back to delivery my car, he even took care of the payment machine issue all by himself. Steve is a delight to work with, he is very polite, very professional and a great human being.

I am more than pleased with BMW Collision. It was an amazing process from start to finish. I was kept informed of progress throughout the process. My car was even completed a few days early. I want to commend the manager, Steve, on runnning a quality operation. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. My car was transferred to the collision center from Riverside BMW service department after a week of no activity or work on my car. As soon as the collision center received my car, they immediately started working on it. They communicated effectively via text and phone. They gave me several updates throughout the process. Antonio was especially very instrumental in getting my car back earlier than expected. He also effectively communicated with the insurance company with a last minute repair I requested. I had an exceptional customer experience at this collision center. Thank you!
