When we picked up the car at West County Honda we looked at the repair are of the front bumper and the paint bad small bubbles or pock marks in it. Not smooth at all. Pointed this out to the guy who delivered the car as there was no one in the office. He said to contact Shannon in St Clair. My wife Barb, sent a response similar to this a few days ago but we haven't received a response. Please let us know what can be done.

Not the first vehicle I have brought to Tim Davis and if I have need for body repairs again I will most definitely go to Certified Collision. This is a high quality body shop/repair facility. In fact, I just recommended your Company to a close friend last night.

The only reason I didn’t give a 10 was that our car was in the shop for almost a month. Tim apologized and explained when I picked up the car that the first body shop piece (quarter panel) he received to repair the vehicle was defective and they had to order a second one. The vehicle looks GREAT ! Tim’s shop always strive for perfection in their work and it shows in the final results.

Poor communication. I was told when i dropped my vehicle off that I would get a call to give a timeline of work. I had to call to get that timeline in order to be able to extend my needed rental vehicle.

New dents on my driver side door, front bumper hardware missing. I called and sent pictures to your shop the same day I received my car. No response. If this goes unresolved I will be making negative google and BBB reviews. Unacceptable customer support.

The overall car looks good but the paint in between the door is peeled off and it was not like that before once I have to bring it back up and be without a car for a day. It’s an inconvenience and it should not have been brought back in that condition.
