Chose this shop because it is associated with a Honda dealer and should be very experienced repairing them correctly. Did not prove to be the case.

Gas door latch not installed. Rear hatch foot sensor not installed. A dent was not repaired in the rear door frame. It took weeks longer than quoted.

Lacking in customer service. We (the customer) had to initiate all communication the only time someone from the business called us was to tell us when our vehicle was ready. We had to call them twice to make sure they had received the approval from our insurance, we had to call to request a repair appointment, we had to call to get status updates. They didn’t even order the parts for our repair until after our vehicle was dropped off. The repair took over 2 weeks and should have only taken one. The work does look good, but they are lacking in customer service.

Right now, no. There is an opportunity to make this up. I just don’t know what that would be considering the many inconveniences we’re experiencing during a very busy time of year.

The good: most of what we asked for was fixed. There is still a hairline dent on our left panel that needs to be addressed. The bad: it was already brought to our attention that the sliding door assist stopped working and that collision center would be replacing it as soon as the part came in. We did not get from the conversation that it affected BOTH sliding doors. This makes it very difficult for us with the kids. Also, our console that controls our air temperature is now not fully functional and we can’t control both sides of the minivan independently. We don’t see any reason why the console should’ve been affected by the work performed and are not happy with needing to spend more time on rectifying a situation that didn’t have to be be there in the first place.

The additional work should’ve been discussed with our insurance company, not directly with me. Now the additional work has come out of pocket for me and I need to chat after my insurance company to get it reimbursed. This is not professional. Also, one gentleman at your west county location is not customer focused. His tone can come off as derisive, Also, for the amount of knowledge he has, he should be anticipatory, not reactive.
