Poor communication and it is very frustrating that I was charged extra to use a credit card. I would avoid using CCC again myself because of the extra fee for using a credit card.

I did not receive updates from CCC regarding progress on my car and when they expected the work to be completed. I have not yet recieved a receipt of payment. It is also frustrating that I was charged a 3% fee to use my credit card for payment. Most businesses do not pass this expense on to the customer.

Absolutely horrendous service, took 8 days for paint? Thats terrible couldnt supply me with a rental and the commute to work was awful because of it. Said it would it be "Monday, Tuesday at the lastest" only for me to get it Thursday. I called Tuesday and they couldn't give me an ETA so I was left wondering when I would get my car back. I remind you it was paint that took this long. Awful and my car looks barely different from before
