Certified has always been honest, friendly, value priced, timely and attentive to detail. I drive past 5 body shops on my way there and would never consider using a different one. Their customer service matches their workmanship, hard to find.

While I understand paint matching is challenging. 4 or more tones different isn't good. The paint work overall was ok at best. I am going to have to go over several spots on the inside of the wheel well as they are bare metal. Granted they are small bit they will rust if I don’t address them. They shouldn’t be bare metal at all. I feel like we got a 1500$ job but we paid around $7k +-. The body work itself appears to be pretty good so far. Time will tell as we go through various fitments of tops and things. I did have to correct a hole that wasn’t correct for the side soft top surround. (Drilled out back to round) The rear passenger side wheel had be removed for the repair. In doing so some genius absolutely CRUSHED the lug nuts down onto the Jeep. I mean CRUSHED. Well over 200 ft lbs of TQ. I took video of me having to use my leg power + arm power to break the lugs off. Impact flatly could not do it. The wheels have wheel spacers that my daughter and I installed ourselves. We used TQ specs on everything did exactly as the instructions called out. Given how insanely tight those lugs were and how gulled the threads in the spacer are. I have to replace that wheel spacer as my daughters life is not worth saving $200. Lastly. If I were buying the Jeep. I would immediately know work was done because of the stark contrast in the paint colors.
