As always the overall care for my car it’s been good and excellent above average this time sad to say my car front end it sounds like a tick after I picked it up in the front it also was full of bug shells and rub bookshelves that it opened all over the car my sister and I tried to clean about as fast as we do the ball from the ceiling Too much for me to deal with bugs. Unusual for Certified generally at the 10+

Shannon did a great job guiding me though the process. I also enjoyer sense of humor. The repair work was excellent and delivered on time as scheduled. They even helped me retrieve something I accidentally left in my rental car.
