Paint runs, no one looked me in the eye when I picked up my vehicle. I thought that was very odd. Then they claim they did not do it.

Our family has had 3 vehicles worked on at Certified Collision in the last 15 months and I would recommend them to others - I just wish there was a way for them to keep us updated. I had to call them to find out they had my check from the insurance company, I had to call them to find out when my car would be started and I had to call them to get updates on when my car would be completed. Just more updates would be appreciated.

I was never told from front desk employee when my car would be available. My repair was quoted at 5.5 hrs.(dropped it off Sunday night and was done Thursday). Received no call until it was ready.
