I asked when I dropped my truck off, that I get back the headlight assembly and all parts so that I could repair it and sell it as a used part. When I picked up my truck and asked for the headlight, he acted as we had never talked about it. He then brought the assembly out, but it didn’t have the broken bracket. Did me no good at all to even discuss it when I dropped it off. I figure it cost me the estimated $200 that I could have gotten for the repaired part. I have always had good luck with Tim and his team on previous repairs, so I don’t even go see any other shop for estimates. Maybe I should in the future. Everything else appears to be great. Sorry to complain, but it ticked me off as you can tell.
