We were really a little shocked and will try somebody else next time.

We had used you before and everything was fine. This time, it took 6 weeks and when we got our car back we had to clean broken glass out of the trunk and back crevices. It really seemed to me insulting and sloppy to take that long and cost that much and still leave the storm damage to the car owner to clean up. I complained to the insurance company and am glad to get a chance to bring it to your attention as well.
