After my Lincoln was damaged in a parking lot , with significant damage to the right back side , including losing one or more of the sensors for the rear-view visual aid, I had the most trouble free and smoothest experience with the team from the Body Shop @ Chapman on the Blvd. Mr. John Shuttleworth team , including Jay, made the whole potentially traumatic experience a very pleasant and efficient one. From guiding me to contact my insurance company , who also did a magnificent job thru their agent , Allan Green, to working with Enterprise car rentals for a loaner and putting my car back together again expertly , I did not have any problems or worries. I commend them and would recommend them also for anyone who is in need of their services. And , of course , kudos to Chapman for having such exemplary employees.
