The repair work on my vehicle is FLAWLESS. You would never know that my car was rear-ended. John S., the Body Shop Manager in the Collision Center, is the absolute best. He was so helpful, taught me a ton about the insurance claim process, he advocated on my behalf when dealing with the at-fault insurance company when negotiating parts to be used for the repairs. He was very consistent in his communications, I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process. All in all, the Collision Center team runs like a well-oiled machine, and I am incredibly impressed with the services provided from start to finish. If I am ever in need of body shop work in the future, I will be coming back.
