Simply Amazing! I was so worried about how I was going to handle being out of a car when our family depends on it so much. The experience started of on a high note when Yeely (she’s amazing) explained the process and walks us through getting a rental so we wouldn’t have to be without a vehicle. Next we met with Bernie! He took a look at the vehicle and assured us they would repair our vehicle as quickly as possible so we would keep extra cost to a minimum with the rental company! ( Job was done within a few days) Then we met two Peters! Both with big smile and they were so reassuring that we would get our car back soon and would love the work they did. I must say they do quality work. Blended the paint and can’t even tell that bumper is newer than the rest of the car. The owner Peter (taller of the two) he knows his business and you can clearly see he has control. He makes sure team is happy guest expectations are exceeded and nothing is overlooked. Seems like a great leader. Thanks to both Peter’s and entire team at Charlies Auto Collision, I will send everyone I know to you because your organization is amazing and treated us like family. Definitely Five Star Service!

Everyone at Charlie's was super nice, helpful and informative. They took great care of both me and my car and although I hope to not have to return for service, I definitely will go back to Charlie's if i have to. The car was not only repaired but returned thoroughly cleaned, inside and out, which was such a nice bonus, and much appreciated!

Had great experience at Charlie. When I arrived they had all paperwork ready, checkin process was quick; they repaired the car quickly-worked with The insurance company to get reimbursed and the repair was done in under a week. The car looks beautiful-like new!!
