3rd time Charlie's has taken care of an issue we had. Superior people, craftsmanship, and serice. USAA uses them and that speaks volumes to me. Over 2 decades with USAA. About a year with Charlie's. While I hope I neber need them again, I am grateful they would be there should the need arise.

My Murano looks fabulous!! However, my dogs retractable pink leash isn't in the front passenger pocket... my water bottles were in front of it... those are gone, those were hers as well, that is ok on the water.... but I got out with her tonight, leaned down to get her leash, and had to return home!!!she was not happy, no walk in the park tonight!! If you find it, it says KATE on it. Could you please mail it to me please? Everything else is great!!! Thanks again!!

I have found that being being retired military it's hard to find good polite professional services any where and most of all really do a good service for what a person is trying to get Thank you great service and in a good time frame now I hope the paint don't peal Lol Just a joke I'm sure it will be fine thank you for the good job And if a veteran comes to you for a job give him a chance because he knows above standard and how to get above standard duties complete Have a great day
