I had a great experience with this auto body shop. Everyone was friendly, professional, and easy to work with throughout the entire repair process. They did an excellent job on my vehicle, it looks amazing! They also handled all the communication with the insurance company and rental car, which made the process so much less stressful. I really appreciated how they took care of everything and kept me informed along the way. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing quality auto body repairs.

Body repair was great but for reason my stereo display wasn't working, seat belt alarm not working, interior lighting not working, and all was working before. When I took my car to Mike Birch Ford, they discovered a cut adapter under my seat that has never been there before. I would have saw it many times when vacuuming my car. I'm very disappointed because now State Farm want cover damages.
