Russ made this a smooth, pleasant professional experience from the initial estimate through to the finished repair. The repair was completed in the time he quoted me. I also needed a rental vehicle, and I was able to pick it up and return it to Charlton Auto Body. I had two other recommendations for this shop, and it was also on State Farm’s approved list.
