Unfortunately, we've had several deer and a coyote run into our vehicles. It's so stressful dealing with the insurance deductible and lack of customer service anymore with the actual insurance claim department. Chatham Collision's personnel are so friendly and accommodating. We've been able to borrow a loaner car everytime so no need to deal with a car rental, etc.. The personnel really help take the worry out of the situation. They are very patient and accommodating with any questions or concerns.
