The initial paint repair had many small bubbles and had to be redone. We noticed before paying for the repair but it should have been noticed upon inspection.

It took five weeks for a minor repair. We had to reach out several times to get updates. When the paint job was not done correctly they wanted us to pay in full and bring it back, we refused to do this.

Work was done nice that was repaired but other parts on my vehicle was lightly scratch due being careless i had to bring it back so the can buff out the areas were scratch do to the careless installing parts back together

We are very pleased with the quality of the workmanship. Our problem with the service is that it took from Nov 13 to Feb 21 to get the work done. We are well away that a large part of the problem was intervening holidays, I.e., Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, MLK, Washington’s Birthday, along with multiple severe weather days. In addition, there were staff changes inside Chatham. We went through at least 5 POCs. Part availability and shipping delays (not your fault) added still more time to the project.
