The repairs to my paint job still hav not been completed and its been a month of me contacting the body shop with the manager ignoring my messages and when I asked the secretary if I would get a call back after several failed attempts to contact Wren I was told I don’t know if he will return my call because he was busy.

I had several problems upon picking up my vehicle. One of the major problems is a paint defect to which the manager pushed the issue off as a problem of mine then agreed to fix but has been avoiding my calls for 4 weeks now! I would really love to have my paint issue fixed rather than him avoiding my calls, messages and reaching out to me

When my husband brought me my SUV back to me I noticed that my phone block was missing from my SUV. I didn't make a complaint but I would never trust them again. My SUV was repaired beautiful done and It looks better than I expected it to look. :)

The customer service lady that schedule our repairs was so wonderful. She made sure that we got a rental and handle all the request plus our needs. The rental lady that we first spoke with wasn't very nice. She gave me the impression that she doesn't care about our needs.
