I cannot recommend the Chehalis office based on my recent experience: * **Quality:** The replacement front bumper was not fitted correctly. * **Billing:** The final bill was nearly three times the original $2,000 estimate. Furthermore, I was charged a $500 deductible that my insurance also paid, meaning I am owed a refund. * **Delays:** The promised three-day turnaround stretched into over six weeks of waiting.

The replacement part was fitted incorrectly, and the initial estimate of around $2,000 was exceeded by almost three times that amount on the final bill. Additionally, I was charged a $500 deductible that was later covered by my insurance, meaning I am owed a refund. Finally, the repair time to replace a front bumper went from a promised three days to over six weeks. Given this experience at the Chehalis office, I cannot recommend this business. No updates throughout the process.
