I am extremely happy with the repairs to my Honda. The whole team took a stressful situation and turned it into seamless experience. Chris was knowledgeable, prepared and accurate. Communication was top notch! Not once did I feel left wondering about anything. A quick text or call about the progress of repairs and painting etc kept me feeling comfortable and confident that I chose the right place to take my vehicle! They also provided shuttle service for drop off and pick up which was genuinely the biggest relief!! A big thank you to the whole team!! My car looks like the day I drove it off the lot!

The shop broke a few things while doing the repair..called and they took ownership of it immediately never do they make us feel bad about trying to get them to fix what they broke they handled it professionally and very quickly

Great communication when not so from my insurance company. Adam walk me through the process step by step with updates. It was not easy being the part I need was rare and although it took so time to find and not the exact specifications Chehalis collision made it work the repair work looks exceptional he would never know I got hit by of course an uninsured motorist!!! go figure great job to Adam and his crew I highly recommend she is collision for any autobody repairs
