The staff is kind and I think Cherokee Collision Center did a great job on the repair of my vehicle. But, it took 6 months from my initial visit to the parts coming in and my Vehicle getting fixed. I talked to a few insurance representatives from other companies that told me that was ridiculous. I know that it was not the fault of CCC but it will make me rethink where I will bring my vehicle next time.
