The final result is satisfactory HOWEVER I had to fight for the repairs to be done correctly on two occasions after being told my car was ready

I gave this rating because of the collision manager telling me I was unappreciative of his finally doing his job The sales manager stepped in and took over AFTER I requested to speak with the owner Also the woman (forgot her name) also spoke to me rudely and basically accused me of trying to leave without paying my deductible. The repair was done in under 2 weeks (which included the New Years holiday) and was beautiful done. I was surprised at the way the car was detailed before it was returned to me. It looked like a new car…thank you for a seamless and pleasant experience. We’ve owned 8 consecutive Volvos (still have 2!) and your dealership is a major reason why. Always a pleasure!
