There is no comment box on the question “how long to wait before car went for repairs” The body shop could not schedule repair for 2 MONTHS!!!!! > 9 days response did not truly reflect how long that wait was. I could scarcely get into my driver’s door due to the damage and had broken lights which had me stopped 3x by police The delay for repair at an approved body shop was way too long!!!!

100% satisfied, when I dropped the vehicle off you reviewed the insurance co. appraisal of damages and described the adjustments that could happen and reviewed the best and worst time frames to complete. As we approached the promised completion date I received automated notices regarding status. The vehicle was completed as promised with miner changes to the insurance co. estimate that were all managed by Chester. Could not be happier!
