Terrible service my truck was there for a month. Without no one returning my call. I was in process of letting my attorney handle it. For one thing they are racist. This is second radio i had to pay for replacement when i don't believe that they installed a new system. But i am going to have another GM check my vehicle. I don't trust Nelson hall. I will never do business with them again and i will not advise anyone else to go there
