The best experience ever! This shop hits a 💯 in every way! From the warm smiling professional face of Sunny when you walk in the door to the genuinely professional and personable shop owner ugh can’t remember his name - Lester? They were so welcoming and helpful! My car was done in record time, and looked sparkling when I picked it up. Best experience ever a will recommend them to everyone I know! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Greeted and welcomed by Lester and Sonny. Great teamwork creates the dream work! I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lester and this shop previously with my Fathers Cadillac Escalade last summer. I knew if I ever needed a body shop I would return to Chilton AB San Mateo. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly people. Rare find these days when others just want to scam you! Please acknowledge this team for their support and superb customer care and service. Every day I was notified of the process and was aware of what was happening. At the end I received a phone call from Sonny saying my car was ready EARLIER than planned. A technician was focused and got the job done in a timely manner. Good business for everyone on both sides. I was able to pay with my credit card over the informative text messages. Making it secure and seamless. Sonny was great letting me know what was done and handed me the keys. I drove off into the sunset with a NEW BUMPER!!!! This shop should teach others how ITS DONE RIGHT WITH CLASS. Thank you Chilton AB SAN Mateo. I’m a happy satisfied customer:)

Lester and team were such a pleasure to work with. Communication was great and making an appointment online is so easy. Call ahead if you want to take the 7am slot as that is not shown online. Hopefully we do not have to go back, but if we do - definitely will use Chilton San Mateo again!

I would like to share my experience with you. I am very happy that I found Chilton AB in San Mateo. I was referred to make an appointment by my insurance company and was greeted by a very warm and friendly receptionist, his name was Sonny. Sonny was the one who guided me through everything and made some constructive suggestions. And after dropping off the car at 10am on Monday morning, they had the car ready for pick up at 3pm. I was very surprised. The rear bumper problem was completely fixed and the car was completely washed inside and out. Sonny was very professional, friendly and showed that he is someone who cares about his job. Thank you Sonny.

This was my first fender bender that involved taking my vehicle to a shop so i walked into it thinking it would be this daunting process. But NOPE—I was wrong. From my first phone call to schedule an appointment to when I picked up my vehicle, Sonny boi’s customer service exceeded all expectations. I lucked out that he recently transferred him over from Santa Clara to San Mateo. Give Sonny boi a raise! Also, if you’re reading this Sonny, what’s your workout routine, my guy? I’m trynna get ripped.

Working with Chilton has been absolutely fantastic. Their customer service was a 10/10, and communication with me throughout the time they worked on my car was exceptional. Sonny and Lester would send me messages and call me almost everyday with updates on how the process was going. Hoping i don’t get in to another accident but if i do, i know exactly where to take my car for excellent service.

Everything was done top notch! From coordinating parts to the constant communication. The car was absolutely spotless inside and out. I was smiling from ear to ear on my morning drive to work. Cleaner than a Ducky wash for sure. Returning the car on-site was a real plus too. My 4th time using Chilton services. I’m not a bad driver, just been going for over a 48 year period.
