Delays in original estimate for completion time. Initially was told 5 days. The supplemental was not submitted until over 1.5 weeks after dropping off the vehicle. total took 3 weeks. Repeatedly called the center for an update but received vague or inaccurate time estimates.

Fixed the damaged/accident part well, but neglected rock chip area around it. Now the rock chip area has a “bubble appearance”
