The lady (sorry I forgot her name) has been very helpful and friendly. She has helped me to extend the car rental when she found out it would take longer than expected to finish the repair. The team always keeps me posted about the repair status and sends updates.

They did great job on repairs, but they forgot to put the front car plate and didn't do my requests.

Great repairs. Kept getting rescheduled due to parts delivery, so I cannot schedule anything while I was waiting on my vehicle. I requested for couple minor fixes that has been issue, but they missed those. Still they did great job on my repairs. Car was super clean and neat. Used OEM for the most parts.

Repair was high quality. It is a Tesla and they even checked the electrical and replaced the rim/wheel

Quality of the repair was good. It was small side quarter panel and bumper repair. My issue is that it took more than 10 days in the shop and communication about the fix and timing was poor. Other shops quoted 3 days for the work.

The paint job was great and Dorae was great working with. For some reason, the delays and communication about the delays were challenging. For 3 weeks, we were told it would be finished by the end of the week but then the day of, we are told it'll be ready 3 days later. This went on for 3 weeks. Dorae was great each time I reached out but not sure who was supposed to set the times

Again, Dorae was great but talking with the other admin wasn't great. The other gentleman that I spoke with, I think he may had been Mexican American, didn't take the time to answer my questions. When asked about the delays, he just said it was because of the insurance adjusters fault without a clear explanation.
